A support address arrives with our domain. Until then, this page is the current word, and it is updated the moment the address is live.
Before you write
- Include your iPhone model and iOS version if you are reporting a bug.
- Screenshots help enormously.
- Your logged data is on your device, so nothing you send us gives us access to it.
Common fixes
- A food will not scan. Try the label reader, the search, or describe it. Every path can end in a logged meal.
- Photo scans are refused. Free includes 7 a week. The counter resets on Monday, and barcode, label and manual logging are always unlimited.
- Targets look wrong. Tap the target to see its working. Every number shows where it came from.
